Our partnership with New Leash on Life USA has literally changed lives. Two of our employees have adopted dogs from the program, and those pups are now part of TeamZilla, coming to work on every “Four-Legged Friday!” And as an internship site and “second chance employer,” we welcome the human participants to TeamZilla, too. Since 2016, New Leash on Life USA has worked with us to create ongoing volunteer experiences for our employees. By leveraging our Marketing team’s Google Grants skills, offering our HR team’s career-readiness training, and activating out Paid Volunteer Time Off policy to include dog socialization afternoons in the park, we’re able to ensure our employees can participate in meaningful activities that advance New Leash on Life USA’s mission to rescue dogs and reduce recidivism.

We want to support Philadelphia-area organizations that share a common vision: to “help others achieve their goals and dreams.”  Through its programs, New Leash on Life takes on the noble task of saving dogs’ lives, while reducing recidivism rates in our local prisons.  We are honored to work with them and to support this amazing initiative.
